President of the National Karate Federation of Azerbaijan Yashar Bashirov, who took part in the event dedicated to the preparation of athletes for competitions held at the headquarters of the Operations Committee of the European Games Baku-2015, said that the national team is fully prepared for the upcoming prestigious competitions.
He expressed gratitude to the Head of State, President of the National Olympic Committee Ilham Aliyev for the fact that karate competitions included in the program, he said that the move was a head of state is regarded favorably by the international community in karate. Y. Bashirov said that the inclusion of karate in the program of the European Games will be the impetus for the inclusion of the sport in the Olympic program. President NFKA also thanked the Organizing Committee, First Lady, MP Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva for organizing the European games at the highest level.
