The meeting was held in connection with the discussion of the results of «Grand Final» tournament of the WKF Premier League in the Austrian city of Salzburg and the preparation for the World Championship to be held in the German city of Bremen in early November.
The President of the National Karate Federation Yashar Bashirov and First Vice-president Ilham Gasymzadeh awarded silver medalist of «Grand Final» Nurana Aliyeva with prizes from the General Sponsor - the International Bank of Azerbaijan. They also expressed their gratitude to Shahin Khudaverdiyev, temporarily headed the National Team of Uzbekistan, which have reached its best result at the Asian Games and Rahman Hatamov for high achievements of Kazakhstan’ karatekas.
At the meeting, presentations were made by the Head Coach of the National Team Rahman Hatamov, Kata Head Coach Vahid Eyvazov and Vice-president of the Federation of Referees, serving the Premier League, Yusif Mammadov.
The meeting was continued by the discussion of the upcoming World Championship in preparation for the Baku 2015 European Games.
