The captain of the national team Shakhin Atamov (+84 kg) won a bronze medal in the tournament of the Premier League «Paris Open». Our athlete had 6 fights, won the Greek Spyridon Margaritopulos (7:2), the Frenchman Bilal Boutikar (6:3), the Japanese athlete Doichi Kondo (2:1) and the Belgian Brian Vanvavaesbergen (2:1), but in the semifinal lost to Egyptian Mansur Ossama with a score of 1:2 and was forced to try his luck in the comforting fight.
