The President of the Azerbaijan Karate-do Federations Association, Deputy Ulvi Guliyev, once again took part in the training camp of our karatekas, being the favorites of Baku – 2015 European Games.
At the training sessions held at the training base of the Azerbaijan National Karate Federation, located in «Inter» Arena, president of the Federation Yashar Bashirov and head coach Rahman Hatamov narrated about the upcoming responsible purpose.
AKFA President, Deputy Ulvi Guliyev and ANKF President Yashar Bashirov, in a meeting with the participation of athletes, said that high achievements of karate athletes are the result of attention and care of the Head of State, President of the National Olympic Committee Ilham Aliyev. Officials expressed their gratitude to the Head of State and Chairman of the Organizing Committee of Baku-2015 European Games, Mehriban Aliyeva, announced about long-lasting attention and care, they provide to sports, as well as other industries.
Ulvi Guliyev and Yashar Bashirov noted that for the past 10 years, the general sponsor of the federation, the International Bank of Azerbaijan, support the development of karate in Azerbaijan, said that they highly appreciate the chances of our athletes at the upcoming European Games.
